Returns & Return Shipping
If there is something wrong with your order, please consider the following:
- Consider whether a return is really necessary or whether we can perhaps find another solution. Please use the contact form to do so (also for defective products or those in the wrong color).
- In case of a return: Please note below how you can request your return yourself. You as the buyer will bear the costs of the return if the delivery was correct.
- It is best to pack your return in the original packaging and enclose the completed cancellation form in the package.
- Please ensure that the package is adequately stamped and sent back to us. We do not accept packages that are not prepaid.

* Environmentally friendly in this case means that we do not need any further shipping to find a solution. You will receive a discount or a refund for the faulty part of your delivery.

You definitely want to request a return. Here's how:
1. Access your account
- Go to our homepage (e.g. click on the ribbon logo).
- Click on “Account” at the top (on mobile you will find the menu at the top right
2. Log in
- Enter the email address you used to place your order.
- You are probably already logged in and can see your orders directly.

- After entering your email you will receive a code via email .
- Enter the code on the page and log in.
3. Request return
- In your order overview, find the order that was faulty and click on the "Request a return" button.
For a better overview, use the tile view.
- Now select the products you want to return and choose the reason for each one. A note will help us a lot to understand the problem and avoid it in the future.
Done! Your return has been requested.
As soon as we receive your shipment, we will immediately refund your purchase price to the original payment method.
